Return and Cancellation Policy of Purchased Files – Crello

Files purchased on Site are not subject to return or exchange.

If a File purchased on Site is of inappropriate quality, Crello can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, refund such File to customer’s account.

The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing File(s) is customer's request in the support service with the indication of his/her account email, payment confirmation from an email about purchase or invoice from User’s billing history and reasons stating why the quality of File(s) is inappropriate.

The criteria in accordance to which the quality of File(s) is considered inappropriate are determined by the specialists of Crello in each case, upon their sole discretion.

Crello reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any File, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution.

Return and Cancellation Policy of Subscriptions – Crello

Crello PRO Subscription can be purchased by choosing one of the following plans: Monthly Plan (renewed automatically) or Yearly Plan (renewed automatically).

If the Crello PRO subscription is canceled by the user, or Crello is canceled due to the inability to withdraw funds for the next period, the content and tools included in the Crello PRO plan become unavailable from the first day after the paid period ends.

If the user decides to cancel the automatic renewal of the Crello PRO subscription, s/he has do it in the tab Account Settings / Billing / the Cancel Subscription button.

After canceling the Crello PRO subscription, the functions become unavailable from the first day after the paid period ends.

Crello PRO projects created during the active subscription will be unavailable for downloading and publishing.

PRO subscription purchased on Crello website (monthly and annual) is not a subject to return or exchange. Unused subscription does not roll over to the next month.

Important: Crello may but is not obligated to provide the user with alerts about the upcoming subscription expiration by any means of communication (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.).

If a File created/downloaded during the active Crello PRO subscription is of inappropriate quality, Crello can refund such File to customer’s account or provide the user with paid content (Files) for free.
